At Caffè Umbria, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on non-food items and replacements for any quality issues with our beans.

Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Verification
For quality concerns or damaged goods, please include photos of the packaging and product so our roasting team can review the batch.
Return Shipment
If returning equipment or apparel, ensure items are unused and in original packaging; we will provide a return shipping label for eligible domestic orders.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 3-5 business days.
